Patriot Title is managed by experienced attorneys who personally oversee the details of every transaction. Additionally, we have hired only the most experienced and qualified staff to make certain that every file is handled with the utmost care.

Raymond J. Brinson, Esq., is the founding partner of Patriot Title, LLC. He has practiced exclusively in real estate law and transactions since 2001. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Brinson was a commercial loan officer for the largest bank in Louisiana for 10 years. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including but not limited to preparing promissory notes, mortgages, closing documents, title examination, and all other aspects of real estate closings. Mr. Brinson has personally performed legal services as the closing attorney for over 3000 files. Additionally, he has represented banks in preparation of promissory notes and mortgages, as well as other legal documentation both in residential and commercial transactions. Mr. Brinson has represented both national and local clients in real estate transactions for over ten years.

Richard A. Tonry, II is a member of Patriot Title, LLC, and a licensed attorney in Louisiana. Mr. Tonry’s practice focuses primarily on trial practice, including but not limited to real property, successions, and title curative matters. Mr. Tonry has extensive litigation experience and has argued before various state and appellate courts, federal district and appellate courts, and the Louisiana Supreme Court. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana District Courts, Courts of Appeal, the Louisiana Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, and Middle Districts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Tonry has personally performed legal services as the closing attorney for numerous files. Additionally, Mr. Tonry has extensive litigation experience on matters relating to immovable property and title curative matters.

Brian L. Glorioso is a member of Patriot Title, LLC, and a licensed attorney in Louisiana. He is a graduate of Loyola Law School, New Orleans, and the University of New Orleans. Additionally, Mr. Glorioso is a fellow of the Loyola Institute of Politics. Mr. Glorioso’s practice focuses on civil litigation, commercial litigation, real property, and successions. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana District Courts, Courts of Appeal, the Louisiana Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Glorioso has extensive experience in complex litigation, and has represented national and local clients in Courts across the State of Louisiana. Additionally, Mr. Glorioso has been admitted pro hac vice in Courts in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including but not limited to preparing promissory notes, mortgages, closing documents, title examination, litigation relating to title and title curative maters, and all other aspects of real estate closings. Mr. Glorioso has personally performed legal services as the closing attorney for over 2000 files. Additionally, he has represented banks in preparation of promissory notes and mortgages, as well as other legal documentation both in residential and commercial transactions. Mr. Glorioso has represented both national and local clients in real estate transactions for over ten years.

Linda K. Larkin Linda K. Larkin is a resident of Slidell, Louisiana for over forty years. She is the
Marketing Director for Patriot Title, LLC. She is a 1997 graduate of Louisiana Tech
University with a Bachelors degree in Merchandising and Consumer Studies and a 2001
graduate from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelors degree in Business
Administration.

In 2011, Linda was the first recipient of the “Athena Young Leadership Award”, which is
presented to one exceptional individual who has achieved excellence in her business or
profession, has served the community in a meaningful way, and has assisted women in reaching their full leadership potential. Linda is also active in local Community, Professional and Civic Organizations: Friends of the Harbor Center, Northshore Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), SMH Foundation Board of Trustees, SMH Women’s Health Alliance and United Way of Southeast Louisiana Leadership Board. She is also a Life member of the Junior Auxiliary of Slidell (active member from 2012- 2018), Professional Women of St. Tammany (PWST), Project Christmas (Volunteer), Rotary of Slidell, Slidell Women’s Civic Club (2009-present), Slidell Ladies for Liberty, STARC Board Member, Steel Mimosas and Women’s Council of Realtors of St. Tammany. She is extremely active in several annual fund-raising committees in her community: Boy Scouts of America-Cypress District, Rainbow Child Care’s Annual “Bubbly on the Bayou” and their newest addition, “Jingle Bell Brunch”, Slidell Memorial Hospital Foundation “Rooftop Rendezvous” (2008-present), United Way’s Annual “Red Beans and Rice Cook-Off” (2009-present) on the East and West, and Women’s Council of Realtor’s Annual “Bras for a Cause” (2010-present). In October of 2018, she was named of one of the “Best Volunteers in Slidell” by The Slidell Independent.

 

Shanna Wolfe

Shanna Wolfe has been with Patriot Title since 2015.  She is the funder for the post-closing department, but also assists with processing and closing.  She previously worked as a deputy clerk for the St. Tammany Parish Clerk of Court’s office, handling such matters as conveyance/mortgage recording and indexing.
